If you discover a defect please contact us right away and we will work together with you to ensure you are satisfied! Similarly, if an item is lost in transit or damaged during delivery let us know and we will resolve the issue. Please provide/attach photos of defect items to help us confirm damage and provide you with a better solution.
For change of mind, please contact us to obtain return details.
For item(s) to be eligible for return:
- It must be in a resellable condition in its original packaging and condition
- It must not to have damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Item(s) must be returned to within 14 days of arrival.
- Be purchased from Eastele.com.au. For purchases made outside, contact the seller for returns
- Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless stated otherwise from our team
Postage is not refundable.
We highly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure we receive your returned package. Eastele is not liable or responsible for returned items being lost or stolen during transit.
